  • Spinal manipulation is used to get the joints in your spine moving normally again which relieves pain and reduces muscle tension and stress. We use many different techniques to promote spine movement, from traditional "cracking" to softer, more gentile approaches, we have a way to help no matter what your needs.

  • Commonly used for chronic musculoskeletal conditions involving tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues to improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Click here for more information.

  • Used to stretch the low back or neck to take the pressure off of irritated tissues, commonly used with more severe conditions like pain radiating into the arms or legs.

  • We design therapeutic exercises specifically for YOU and YOUR issues. What works for someone else might make you worse. We give you the exercises that you need to get you moving and feeling well as fast as possible.

  • A type of electrical therapy with pads placed on the skin to relax muscles and help decrease pain.

  • A table with large rollers inside that gently push up and into your spine, used to stretch out and relax the back... think of it as a massage but you control the pressure and it doesn't require you to get undressed in front of a stranger. It's like heaven on a table.

  • Targeted deep tissue massage, often used at the same time as exercises to decrease muscle tightness. This is not relaxing massage but is therapeutic in nature and is commonly performed with the aid of handheld tools.
